First and foremost it should be known that Artists staff Don E Productions. As artists ourselves we feel that we have insight as to the needs of the clients we serve.

One of our goals is to help re-establish a place for real creativity in popular music. We believe that there is a market for the innovative artists that we represent.

Business Side
We work as demo shopping agents. If we accept an artist's demo (or song) and decide to work with them, the artist must agree to sign a *Finder's Fee Agreement. The agreement states that as soon as we have successfully shopped a client's demo, the artist will pay Don E Productions a percentage of the initial advancement.
*Note: This is a one-time fee and does not involve royalties past present or future.

• Once an artist signs on, our job is to shop the demo through A&R Representatives from various labels with which we have a business relationship.
  Once a label express interest in an artist, we set up a time and date for our client and the label representatives to meet.
• At the time that a deal (recording or production contract) is negotiated and signed between the artist and the Label, the Artist will receive an initial advancement from the Record Label. At this time as per the afore mentioned agreement the artist will be obliged to pay Don E productions a percentage said advancement.
