Discovered in 2005 by John Peel, who championed their songs about sex, curries & rock 'n' roll & started the rollercoaster ride that led them to exposure on BBC Radio 1 & 6 in 2007.

Alternative punk-pop group THE POCKET GODS with their ode to jumble sales 'Jombal Party' which is an airwave fave are all set to take the world by storm!

Their dizzying heights achieved thus far include headlining a showcase at In The City, Manchester (International Industry Event), a live Hub Session for Tom Robinson On BBC Radio 6 (the first unsigned band to play in the hub) & on featuring on his 'Best Of 2007' show, regular airplay on Radio 1 & XFM, Napster 'Download Of The Day'.

Support gigs with The Vibrators & The Victorian English Gentlemans Club & an entry on Cherryade's Xmas Album for the second year running.
