(It's
pronounced If-tah-kah-rude-inn). At the age of 17 Jeff saw
the music video for Extremes More than Words and decided to
become a musician. After receiving a guitar that Christmas
he never looked back.
Jeff is excited to release his first
full length album Just Like Its Spelled. A mix of pop and
smooth rock and roll.
At an early age Jeff was exposed to many styles of music
thanks to his parents. His mother introduced him to popular
American music and Jeffs father shared the music of his
native India. From the Beatles to classical sitar music,
Jeff absorbed it all. His American and Indian Heritage
played a huge role in his love of music and personal
development. He became fascinated with combining various
genres of music to create his own style.
After graduation from college, Jeff abandoned his pursuit of
becoming a psychologist to pursue his destiny as a prominent
musician in the world. Over the course of the next three
years Jeff began to craft his own sound. Inspired by a year
spent living in South America, Jeff decided to reach out to
the Latin market by recording several of his songs in
Spanish.
He has been featured on local New York television performing
his music. Jeff also completed the documentary: Aaliyah, So
Much More Than A Woman featuring an interview as well as a
live performance of Hush a tribute song to the fallen R&B
icon Aaliyah Haughton.
Jeff s recent performance at a Jeff
Buckley tribute concert in Toronto earned accolades from
Jeff Buckleys mother Mary.
